Devan
Patient Care CoordinatorWith a warm smile and a heart for helping others, Devan is often the first friendly face patients meet at 405 Dental Aesthetics. As our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator, Devan guides patients through their visits—from treatment plans to celebrating smile makeovers—always focused on making each experience smooth and positive.
Devan holds an associate degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing her bachelor's in Organizational Leadership. Her passion for dentistry comes from the joy of seeing patients leave the office not just smiling brighter, but standing a little taller with newfound confidence.
What she loves most about 405 Dental is the close-knit, uplifting team dynamic. “We may be small, but we’re mighty,” she says. “Dr. Kooper creates such a supportive, kind, and laughter-filled workplace—it’s easy to love what I do every day.” She finds purpose in being part of a team where everyone plays a meaningful role in transforming lives one smile at a time.
A proud local, Devan grew up in the Oklahoma City metro and graduated from Piedmont High School where she is now raising her family along with their beloved dog.
Fun facts? Devan’s musically talented—she plays the flute, French horn, and dabbles in drums and piano. She dreams of one day vacationing in the beautiful Greek island of Santorini…and maybe maxing out a credit card at a car dealership for that perfect “mom car” (minus the monthly payment).
Kinzie
Dental AssistantWith a heart for service and a passion for dentistry, Kinzie brings both skill and compassion to every patient she cares for at 405 Dental Aesthetics. As Dr. Kooper’s “right hand,” she helps ensure each appointment runs smoothly—whether assisting in clinical care, comforting a nervous patient, or lending a hand wherever needed.
Kinzie’s journey into dentistry began with a childhood dental accident that left a lasting impact—both on her smile and her sense of purpose. After experiencing firsthand how life-changing dental care can be, she was inspired to give back. She attended Custom Dental Assisting School in 2018 and is a proud graduate of Rose State College, where she earned an Associates Degree in general studies. In her free time, Kinzie volunteers regularly at local free clinics and donates her time each year to Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OKMOM).
She finds deep fulfillment in her work, knowing that every day brings the chance to connect with people and make a real difference in their lives. “I truly feel like I learn something new every day-- and nothing beats seeing transformations that instantly change our patients' lives,” she says.
Kinzie is grateful to work alongside Dr. Kooper, describing him as someone who genuinely values the dedication and teamwork that make the practice thrive. “He makes this job not just rewarding, but fun,” she says.
Originally from western Oklahoma, Kinzie now lives with her husband—her best friend—and their two spoiled pups, Max the chihuahua and Poppy the mini dachshund. A former multi-sport athlete, she’s a proud supporter of all Oklahoma teams, especially the OKC Thunder. Thunder up!
