If you experience any soreness afterwards, you can use an over-the-counter pain reliever to help relieve the discomfort.

During your dental cleaning appointment, our hygienist will evaluate your gums for any signs of recession or periodontal pocketing. They will eliminate plaque and tartar from your gum line and in between your teeth, then proceed with polishing using an advanced electric brush and flossing. Additionally, we offer an oral cancer screening as part of your visit. If you are susceptible to cavities or experience chronic tooth sensitivity, we may recommend a prescription fluoride treatment or mouthwash.
